Aufrance Valuations, LLC is a commercial real estate appraisal and consulting company founded in 2011. We have valued a wide variety of property types including retail, industrial, apartments, residential properties, subdivisions, vacant land and special-purpose properties. Our team has additional experience appraising both residential and commercial properties for eminent domain proceedings. Clients include financial institutions, government agencies and private entities.
